Reservation Policy

Reservation(s)
A minimum of two (2) night stay both weekday(s) and weekend(s) is required for each reservation, per unit. Minimum three (3) night stay on holidays. One (1) night stay is subject to season and availability and is not available online. Please call 941-474 3431 for rates and availability. Winter Season (December 15 - April 30): Reservation requested for multiple month(s) during this season can reserve beginning April 1. Reservations requested for a single month during this season can reserve beginning May 1. Reservations requested for less than a month during this season can reserve anytime beginning June 1.

We accept payment by Cash, Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Rate(s) are subject to change without notice and guaranteed only at the time of unit reservation confirmation.

Please note that as a safety precaution, children under the age of 18 are not allowed to stay in units 106, 107, or 109. These units open up to the pool and there is no barrier. 
Advance Deposit(s)
An advance deposit is required for each reservation, per unit. At the time of booking, your credit card will be charged for 50% of your total stay. 

Winter Season (December 15 - April 30): Guests making advanced reservations for this season must submit a secondary advance deposit of 50% of the stay, no later than July 1 with the remaining balance due on the day of arrival. 

One-night stays are subject to season and availability with resort managers' approval; please call for rate and availability. 

Advance Deposit, Cancellation, and Refunds

Advance Deposit(s)
An advance deposit is required for each reservation, per unit. At the time of booking, your credit card will be charged for 50% of your total stay. 

Cancellation and Refund(s)
At the time of your reservation, a deposit of 50% of your stay is required in order to secure your booking.

Length of Stay (1-27 Days): The advance deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within thirty (30) days prior to arrival and fully refundable if the reservation is canceled before this restriction.

Length of Stay (28 days +): The Advance deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within thirty (30) days prior to arrival; 50% refundable within 31 - 60 days prior to arrival; 75% refundable 61 - 90 days prior to arrival and 100% refundable 91+ days prior to arrival. 

Early Departures
Once a guest's scheduled check-in date has passed, their reservation is considered to have commenced and is no longer eligible for any type of refund for early departure. This includes when a guest fails to physically check-in and does not provide prior notice of cancellation which results in a forfeiture of the entire deposit. 

Due to our location, we are occasionally subjected to inclement weather or Red Tide, which is out of our control. In the event that one of these occurs during your stay, our usual cancellation policy will apply to an early departure.

Extra Guests

1-Bedroom and Efficiency unit rental fee includes 2 guests.
2- Bedroom unit rental fee includes 4 guests. 
3-Bedroom rental fee includes 6 guests.

There is a $20 extra per night per person (maximum 2 extra guests per unit). 

Pets

Pet(s) and Service Dog(s)
Small dog-friendly units are available. These units are Conch Courtyard #128, #129, #130 and #135; Dolphin Retreat #140 and #141; Manatee Manor #144 and #145. An additional fee of $20 per day will be charged for each small dog. Unfortunately, we must stipulate that no more than two (2) dogs may occupy a unit and there is a limit of 25 pounds maximum per dog. Upon check-in, you must present a copy of your dog's vaccination records from your Veterinarian indicating that all vaccinations are up to date. Your dog must be on-leash at all times when outside of your unit. Should we receive notice complaints regarding your dog, you may be asked to leave the resort and you will forfeit any amounts paid. 

County Regulations prohibit pets on the beach. Should this regulation be ignored, then WannaB Inn has the right to charge a $200 cleaning fee upon check-out as noted above. 

Note: Service Dog Policy is available at the Front Desk upon Check-In. There is no fee for a service dog, but other restrictions may apply as per Florida ADA Law.

Parking

WannaB Inn offers one assigned overnight parking space per unit and an unassigned visitor pass per unit. Additional Parking $8 Overnight, $5 Visitor.

Boat Slip Rental, Trailer Parking

Boat Slip Rentals
Boat slips are available for our guests to rent up to 24 feet - $30 per day plus applicable tax. The daily rate applies to the entire length of the stay. We have power and water on each of our three docks and two of them have fish-cleaning stations. For more information, please call 941-474-3431.

Trailer Parking
Trailers must be parked in Trailer Lots and are not allowed to remain attached to vehicles when parked.

Keys

Guests are issued two (2) key(s) upon arrival. In the event of a lost key, a locksmith fee of $30.00 will be imposed at check-out. 

Pool(s)

Pools are open at 8 am and close at dusk. No food or beverage is permitted within 15 feet of either pool area(s)

There is no smoking in the pool area(s)

Unit Supplies and Kitchen

Unit Supplies and Kitchen
Disposable Items: Each unit has an initial set-up of disposable items to include dish soap, 1 roll of paper towel, dishwasher detergent (if the unit is equipped), two rolls of toilet paper, garbage can liner(s), bath shampoo, and bar soap. Guests are responsible for additional supplies if needed. 

Linen: Each guest is provided two bath towels, two hand towels, and two washcloths for the duration of their stay. All bed(s) are fitted with two sheet(s), mattress pad, and pillow(s). Each unit offers a blanket. The kitchen includes a dishcloth and towel. There is no daily linen exchange or maid service. Additional linens are available at an extra charge. Stays of one week or more are provided with a linen exchange on the 8th day.

Guest Laundry: Available at Dolphin Retreat and Sea Star on the resort property. Coin-operated.

Kitchen: Every unit has a full kitchen and includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, silverware, and coffee maker. Some units have dishwashers. Hairdryers, iron, and board are available upon request and on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Personal Items

Personal Item(s) Please use reasonable care for all personal belongings at the resort including boat(s) and dockage as WannaB Inn is not responsible for the loss of any personal items.

Late check-out must be approved through the office and will incur an extra charge

WannaB Inn does not initially charge a security deposit, resort, or cleaning fee. WannaB Inn reserves the right to charge utilizing the credit card on file for excessive cleaning, smoking, pet(s), unit damage, missing item(s) upon check-out, and the guest acknowledges this right as follows:

Excessive cleaning: Please review the Departure Checklist in each unit to avoid additional cleaning charges. The fee may range from $50-$100

Smoking: All units are non-smoking. any units with evidence of smoking (of any kind) will incur a $250.00 cleaning fee.

Pet(s): A $200 cleaning fee will be charged should the county regulation pet policy is shown be ignored or should the unit, upon check-out, need additional cleaning.

Unit Damage(s): A minimum $250 replacement fee will be charged should the unit incur guest damage. Each unit is inspected prior to guest arrival. Guest(s) are encouraged to walk the unit rental upon check-in and notify Guests Services of any concern(s).

FAQ/Reminders

  • WannaB Inn strictly monitors an 11 pm noise curfew daily.
  • No fireworks are permitted on the beach.
  • Wooden chaise lounges must not be moved below the sea wall towards the beach shore
  • Cabanas and chaise lounges are for resort guests' use.
  • Please be courteous to others by taking turns and removing your personal belongings so other guests can enjoy the space.
  • Prior to check-out please clean all kitchen dishes, drinkware, cookware, and flatware, and remove all garbage and recycling from the unit. Bins are located throughout the resort and labeled for garbage and recycling.
  • Please use reasonable care for all personal belongings at the resort including boat(s) and dockage as WannaB Inn is not responsible for the loss of any personal items.
  • Sea Turtle Nesting Season is May 1st to Oct 31st and during this season all units facing the beach must keep blinds closed at dusk and keep balcony lights off so that hatchlings and nesting sea turtles do not become disoriented. Please adhere to the posted brochure in each unit during this time.
