FAQs - Reservation & Guest Policies
Before checking in, please familiarize yourself with our policies. 

The following chart depicts the resort with room numbers and unit types.
Effective May 2, our unit numbers and building names have changed. 
If you made your reservation prior to the conversion, or if you have been a guest before - this conversion chart may assist you:

Minimum 2 nights stay on weekends.

One-night stays are subject to season and availability with resort managers approval; please call for rates and availability

Minimum 3 nights stay on holidays.

Guests booking for multiple months between December 1 and April 30 can do so at anytime after April 1st. 

Guests booking for a single month during this time are asked to inquire after May 1st.

Guests booking for less than a month during this time are asked to inquire after June 1st.

Required Deposit
A deposit of $100 per bedroom per week of reservation is required.   
Guests making advanced reservations for the following year must submit a deposit of $200 at time of booking with an additional $100 per bedroom per week due the 1st week of July.   Reservations booked after July for the following Jan, Feb and/or Mar will be required to provide both deposits.
Refund of Deposit

If a reservation of two weeks or less is cancelled at least four days prior to check-in, the guest’s deposit will be refunded in full.  If cancelled less than four days prior to check-in, the deposit will not be refunded.

If a reservation of longer than two weeks is cancelled at least thirty days prior to check-in, the guest’s deposit will be refunded in full.  If cancelled less than thirty days prior to check-in, the guest’s deposit will not be refunded.

Early Departures

Once a guest’s scheduled check-in date has passed, their reservation is considered to have begun; this includes when a guest fails to physically check-in but does not provide prior notice of cancellation.  Should a guest request a cancellation of their reservation prior to their scheduled check-out date, they will be charged a cancellation fee in an amount equal to 50% of the balance of their stay, in addition to charges for nights between their check-in date and the date cancellation notification is provided; all on a prorated basis.

Due to our location, we are occasionally subjected to inclement weather or Red Tide, which is out of our control.  In the event that one of these occurs during your stay, our usual cancellation policy will apply to an early departure.

1-Bedroom and Efficiency unit rental fee includes 2 guests,
2-bedroom unit rental fee includes 4 guests and
3 bedroom rental fee includes 6 guests.   
There is a $20 extra per night per person or $100 per week (over 5 years of age).
Certain rooms have been designated as small dog friendly rooms. 
An additional fee of $20/day or $100/week will be charged for each small dog. 
Unfortunately, we must stipulate that no more than two (2) dogs may occupy a unit and there is a limit of 25 pounds maximum per dog.
Upon check-in you must present a copy of your dog’s vaccination records from your Veterinarian indicating that all vaccinations are up to date. 
Your dog must be on–leash at all time when outside of your room. 
Should we receive noise complaints regarding your dog, you may be asked to leave the resort and you will forfeit any amounts paid.
County Regulations prohibit pets on the beach.
Violation of this policy will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Note:  Service Dogs and Service Dogs in Training are exempt from the restrictions. 

Boat Slips – Available for Rent, up to 24 feet - $20 per night or $100 per week, plus tax.

Guests are issued 2 keys upon arrival.  In the event of a lost key a locksmith fee of $30.00 will be imposed at check-out.
All units are non-smoking.  Any units with evidence of smoking will incur a $250.00 cleaning fee. 
Each unit has an initial set-up of disposable items to include dish soap, 1 roll paper towel, two rolls of toilet paper, garbage can liner.  Guests are responsible for additional supplies. 
Each guest is provided two bath towels, two hand towels, and two washcloths for the duration of their stay. 
There is no daily linen exchange or maid service.  Additional linens are available at an extra charge. 
Stays of two weeks or more are provided with a linen exchange on the 7th day. 
Laundry facilities are available at the north and south ends of the property.
Except for the initial setup, weston's wannaB inn DOES NOT resupply disposable items such as soap, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.
Check-in is at 3:00PM or later and check-out is at 10:00AM or earlier.
Late check-out must be approved through the office and will incur an extra charge. 
Please review departure checklist posted in each unit to avoid additional cleaning charges.
Every unit has a full kitchen, which includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, skillet, saucepans, silverware, and coffee pots.  Some units have dishwashers.
Hair dryers and blenders are not available.
